OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. But sometimes things don't work out. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date. Just initiate a return and send us your items.
A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. Please simply return the item(s) and place a new order.
RETURN WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED
If we accidentally sent you the wrong order or item(s), let us know immediately. Contact us via email and we'll help you return the item(s) with free return shipping and send your correct order or item. No fee's will be charged because of our error!
CHRISTMAS ORDERS RETURN POLICY
All purchases made from November 25 to Dec 25 each year will have until January 30 to return items. Any item returned as a holiday purchase must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories. Items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or use. We do not accept returns on customized/special orders and final sale merchandise even if purchased during holiday dates.
